Viva AI is your personal AI companion app, developed by Traxrift Pty Ltd. Protecting your privacy is a cornerstone of our service. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, secure, and share your information when you use Viva AI.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
Conversations and memories: your chats with your AI companion, and the memories it keeps in order to personalise its responses to you.
Purchase records: purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase records to credit your account — we never see or store your full card details.
Device and log data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app version, used for security and troubleshooting.
Location (optional): if you grant location permission, we use your approximate location to provide local context such as the weather. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Notification tokens: if you enable push notifications, we store the device token needed to deliver them.
We use your information to provide and personalise Viva AI, generate your AI companion's responses, process your purchases, send service emails (such as verification codes) and notifications you have enabled, improve the app, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Viva AI, and only what each needs:
AI processing may occur on servers located in the United States. All data is transferred over encrypted connections.
To enhance the functionality and responsiveness of Viva AI, we may use anonymised data from user interactions for AI training purposes. This data is stripped of any personal identifiers before being used to improve our algorithms, ensuring that your privacy is maintained.
At Traxrift Pty Ltd, we are committed to safeguarding your personal data. All information collected through Viva AI is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and protected in transit by encryption. We employ robust security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You may delete your Viva AI account at any time through the app, or via our website at https://myvivaai.com/deleteAccount. Following account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers, except where we are legally obliged to retain certain information.
If you reset your AI companion, we remove the personalised memories and settings associated with it, in accordance with the privacy laws of your country.
Viva AI is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
